Dr. Alikakos received a D.C degree-Doctor of Chiropractic- from the University of Bridgeport, graduating with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to earn a M.S degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, graduating with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Alikakos also holds a B.S degree from St. Johns University.
She has completed post graduate instruction in "Fitness, Strength and Performance" and Postural Rehab Exercises". Her education as well as her extensive training in classical dance gives her a great understanding of the important relationship between movement, muscles, joints, flexibility and balance and how they relate to sports injuries.
Dr. Alikakos served as a faculty member at NYU (New York University).
